Scope:

  • As the coordinator for HRIS all modules

  • In-charge of HRIS rewards related modules

  • All system related task incl. other CN entities

  • Overall budget/trend schedule, procedures and dashboard

  • As the bridge with controlling team to initiate Pcost related analysis

  • Lead team to build new format on HR data reports

 

Requirement:

  • Has rich experience for budget/trend process

  • Super data analytical and systematical capability

  • Strong communication skill with top management and global team

  • Good project management and team management

  • Key player with other stakeholders like controlling, IT and HRBP

  • Be Resilient and good problem solving independently
