L’Oréal is looking for a new team member to take over the responsibilities of Business Planner to support commercial and supply chain teams in our L'Oréal dermatological beauty.
YOU WILL:
- Ensure business building accuracy by following and challenging KAMs sales monthly forecasts on baseline promotions and launches
- Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation
- Aggregate the total sales forecasts and consolidates sales
- Analyse all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps
- Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustments to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply, Finance)
- Validate the sales forecasts
- Lead sales forecast monthly meetings with KAMs
- Work in newly implemented forecasting tool
YOU ARE the one if you:
- Are a University graduate (Business or Technical schools preferred)
- Have min. 2 years of experience on the similar position (business or sales analyst tor other business analytical roles)
- Have a professional experience from FMCG industry is an advantage
- Are a confident advanced Excel user
- Have a commercial mindset and detail oriented personality
- Have a strong communication skills
- Are fluent in English – both written and spoken
