L’Oréal Czech Republic is currently looking for a new team member to take over Brand Coordinator responsibilities for our marketing teams dedicated to professional haircare and hair coloration.

 YOU WILL:

Be responsible for the administrative and organizational support of the Marketing team's activities.

The activities are:

  • Administration of brand initiatives in L’oreal systems based on the brief of brand team
  • administrative and technical assistance: calendar and meeting management, internal orders
  • Support and coordination of business cycle preparation incl. Sales meeting preparation
  • Support in the organization of marketing translations
  • Labeling process management
  • PLV production process management
  • Communicates with production service providers (altavia, graphic agencies etc.).
  • Code creation, product discount setting (FDP)
  • Visual promo creation
  • Small reports preparation and sharing (Stock reports, daily sales, PLV report etc)
  • Providing information on product availability
  • Uploading files to brand platforms
  • Asset management (DAM Opera)
  • Price lists maintanance and regular updates
  • Purchase orders creation, assigned budget and expenditure monitoring
  • Circulates marketing information within the department (magazines, files, brand catalogues, etc.).

 YOU ARE THE ONE IF YOU:

  • Have a relevant administrative experience, at least 1 year, (from marketing field is a plus)
  • Are an advance MS Office user - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Are fluent in English – B2
  • Are a team player and good collaborator
  • Are a confident communicator with strong networking and cooperation abilities
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Pay attention to details and on time execution 
  • Able to identify bottlenecks and potential issues and alerts and mobilizes to solve them
  • Flexibile and independent
