Do you want to be challenged and developed within your area of expertise?  We are currently looking for a Nordic Brand A&I & Communications Manager in our Luxury (LUXE) Products Division in Copenhagen.


Your mission…

As the Nordic Brand A&I & Communications Manager, you are the driving force behind fostering connections between L’Oréal LUXE brands and the consumers. Being responsible for all influencer and advocacy collaborations and events, guided by your strong knowledge across the priority acceleration areas, including influencer & advocacy governance, digital media, and consumer engagement opportunities across channels. You are genuinely interested and updated on new & emerging trends in the digital landscape and generously share your insights and ideas with your colleagues and thereby contribute to ensuring L’Oréal LUXE stays ahead of the game.


You will…

  • Develop all aspects of brand advocacy with relevant stakeholders, build influencer relationships and position L’Oréal Luxe brands as the most loved and advocated premium beauty brands in the Nordics.
  • Develop and execute the Nordic Communications strategy for your brand. 
  • Build paid influencer collaborations from profile mapping, to negotiation, preparation of contracts, posting plan and follow up of execution with a test and learn attitude.
  • Develop influencer loyalty, reach and engagement on SoMe both through paid and earned activations.
  • Master influencer and advocacy measurement tools, Traackr & MIM, consolidating and tracking performance on your brands and produce reports to evaluate ROI.
  • Set, manage, and track the budget for all communications activities.


You are…

  • You have +3 years’ experience in communications, digital or related areas.
  • You have a good understanding and feeling for luxury products and ideally work experience and knowledge about beauty products as well as the Nordic influencer & media landscape.
  • You are a strong negotiator and communicator as well as a proven self-starter with strong analytical skills combined with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set.
  • Experience in analyzing performance, developing insights to consistently improve performance.
  • Strong understanding of digital landscape fundamentals and social media content production
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and able to interact and spar with stakeholders across the organization.
  • You are very well organized; you strive for perfection and have a good attention to details.
  • Strong competencies across core focus areas, Communications, Influencer & Advocacy partnerships, Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
