POSITION: Assistant Manager – eCommerce


REPORTS TO: Director eCommerce

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida (SalonCentric National Operations Center)



The Assistant Manager for eCommerce will drive merchandising and marketing execution for key PPD brands on SalonCentric.com and the SalonCentric App. This role is responsible for acquiring and managing digital assets which support product launches and SalonCentric digital priorities. Cross functional collaboration is critical to this role in ensuring the vision of all key stakeholders is achieved, while also driving the best possible customer experience. This position directly influences digital/omni-digital revenue & profitability through assortment management & promotional set up. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment, and has an Omni-channel mindset.


  • Manages requests, deliverables and execution for all digital assets
  • Responsible for Product Detail Page set up and assortment management throughout the product life cycle
  • Executes promotional set up accurately to support profitability and omni-channel checkout paths
  • Directly influences eCommerce/omni-channel sales through best in class merchandising & marketing practices
  • Supports SalonCentric & brand campaigns by aiding in the development of marketing assets (banners, landing pages, etc.) and owning the publishing of content
  • Collaboration with cross functional groups to bring the eCommerce portion of campaigns to life
  • Management over select third party vendor relationships which enhance the SalonCentric site and customer experience
