Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for monitoring the implementation of retail development projects, capitalize on feedback and share good, Retail Policies & Commercial Contracts practice. (RSM, 7 Step Selling, SRA, Retail Playbook, LUXE transaction policy, Contracts etc.)
  • Develop, standardize and implement effective retail & BA Operation process :, Temp BA Expert : BA Pre-recruiting Team, retail outlets and shared BAs Temp BA Request Online etc.
  • Work closely with HPBP on retail BA population (recruiting, onboarding and retention plans). Monitor BA turn over rate,. (New LUXE BA Induction Program, BA & CM Mentoring program)
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor degree or higher 
  • Having knowledge and/or experience in basic Omni-Channels & Omni BA Operation
  • Good interpersonal skills, people management
  • Systematic and result oriented
  • Quick learning in technical and digital tool
  • Good in Ms Excel, PTT, and Power BI
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
