Artistic Director Motion Designer Assistant - Corporate Affairs & Engagement team - L'Oréal 
Reporting to the creative content team within the L'Oreal group content factory:


  • Work with content project managers taking a brief from concepts, sketches, idea board and storyboard to production.
  • Produce illustrations, graphic and motion design, image/video art direction.
  • Direct production for photo/video shoots
  • Ensure a stellar level of creativity and quality in execution, fully aligned with the group's image.



  • Experience in the design and execution of a range of creative projects, particularly digital and animated.
  • You have an eye for image and attention to detail.
  • An interest in topics related to beauty and corporate responsibility.
  • Strong technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • A good English level (written and spoken)
  • A portfolio (pdf, website… ) that will show us all the work you are most proud of.


  • Master student 
  • Super creative in art / You come from a visual communication school (LISAA, Penninghen,…) .
  • A pro at visual messaging. You have a keen sense of aesthetics and can produce consistent visual content.
  • You are a digital savvy. You're naturally drawn to digital tools, with the learning agility and open-mindedness to catch new digital trends.
  • A natural project manager. You excel at project planning, tracking and reporting.
  • You are good at generating new ideas and lateral thinking.

What does our recruitment process look like? 

  • 1° / Our Corporate Affairs & Engagement HR team will review all the application - And If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview in which you will be able to better express your potential.
  • 2° / Finally, you will get a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview.
