What You Will Do:
The Financial analyst provides overall internal control management for the site in compliance with L’Oreal standards. In addition, this role is a key contributor to maintaining the accuracy of the site’s financial records through their continual involvement in the month end closing process, financial reporting, and system maintenance meanwhile raising the bar and continuously improving the financial integrity and performance of the plant.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering
- Certificate in Accounting Preferred (CMA/CPA)
- 1+ years in Finance, Accounting or Engineering
- Preferred experience in Consumers Product Industry
- Preferred experience in manufacturing/operations setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Fixed Asset controlling (Machinery, Tooling and Supplier-held Molds) to include timely and accurate acquisition, installation, capitalization, audit and asset inventory processes
- Support the Internal Control agenda for the business
- Closing and month end responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, system validations, and results accuracy
- Coordinate Accounts Payable Paid-on-Time activities and evaluate / implement improvement opportunities
- Financial support and analysis for monthly results, financial trends, upcoming year’s budget & 3-Year Plan
- Daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and performance measurement for the site
- Other duties as assigned
Computer Skills Requirements:
- Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP or similar ERP experience
