Missions: Assistant Chargé de Projets en veille et marketing olfactif
Veille Olfactive : Prendre le pouls du monde des parfums en analysant les plateformes de médias sociaux. Cela comprend :
Création d'une newsletter captivante sur les parfums pour engager notre public.
Exploitation du potentiel de TikTok (« trend-tok ») pour identifier et capitaliser sur les tendances sensorielles émergentes à l'échelle mondiale.
Suivi des lancements de nouveaux parfums et mise au point d'une approche « Storysmelling » pour captiver les consommateurs.
Co-construction de présentations olfactives sur les principales évolutions en matière de parfums.
Analyse Concurrentielle :
Analyse approfondie des classements de parfums pour comprendre le paysage concurrentiel.
Développement de « Passeports d'Analyse Concurrentielle » détaillés des marques et des nouvelles collections pour guider nos stratégies.
Contribution à la Prospective Olfactive :
Contribution au développement et au déploiement de cahiers de tendances annuels, un outil d'analyse de pointe pour les parfums.
Soutien à l'équipe dans la création d'événements sensoriels, y compris le développement d'histoires olfactives captivantes, de supports visuels et la logistique événementielle.
Soutien à la communication du département par la création d'outils graphiques et l'organisation des ressources visuelles clés.
- Vous préparez un Master 1/2 (Bac+4/5)
- Vous recherchez un contrat de 1 ou 2 ans
- Votre contrat démarre en Septembre
- Votre école doit être en mesure de délivrer un contrat d'apprentissage
Votre profil:
- Master en Parfum spécialisation communication ou marketing
- Expériences et/ou spécialisation en cosmétique
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Bon niveau d'anglais (B2 minimum), le Français est un plus
- Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe et êtes capable de travailler en autonomie
- Vous êtes orienté résultat et n'avez pas peur de prendre des initiatives
- La science et l'innovation sont source de motivation

SUBJECT 1: (1 year)
Missions: Assistant Creative Project Manager, Perfume/Ingredient Communication
Product & Ingredient Communication:
Writing communication materials highlighting perfumes and their ingredients, creating captivating "story smellings."
Developing creative visuals (mood boards, illustrations, infographics, etc.) to accompany product and ingredient communication.
Iconographic research and benchmarking of visual trends in the perfume world.
Managing the sharing of communication elements on ingredients: passports, photoshoots, etc.
Supporting the production of promotional videos for Ingredient Programs and promoting Perfume Business activities.
Internal Communication:
Contributing to the implementation of an internal communication action plan to inform and engage teams on storytelling news.
Participating in the organization of internal events to promote the department's new products and initiatives.
Competitive Intelligence & Creative Trends:
Competitive intelligence on the perfume market: monitoring new product and brand launches, analyzing communications (storytelling), claims, innovations, and sustainability.
Benchmarking best practices in visual communication in the perfume industry.
Synthesizing collected information and creating concise and visually appealing presentations.
SUBJECT 2: (2 years)
FRAGRANCE MARKET INTELLIGENCE & FORESIGHT
Olfactive trend tracking : Feeling the pulse of the fragrance world by analyzing social media platforms. This includes:
Crafting a captivating fragrance newsletter to engage our audience.
Leveraging the power of TikTok ("trend-tok") to identify and capitalize on emerging sensorial trends WW.
Tracking new fragrance launches and pioneering a "Storysmelling" approach to captivate consumers.
Co-constructing olfactive presentations on major fragrance shifts.
Competitive Insights analysis:
Dive deep into fragrance rankings to understand the competitive landscape.
Develop insightful Competitive Analysis Passports of brands and new collections to guide our strategies.
Olfactive foresight Contribution :
Contribute to the development and rollout of yearly trend books, a cutting-edge fragrance analysis tool
Support the team in creating sensory events, including developing captivating olfactory stories, visual materials, and event logistics.
Support the department’s communication by creating graphic design tools and organizing key visual assets.
Eligibility Requirements:
You are pursuing a Master's degree (4th/5th year of higher education).
You are looking for a 1 or 2-year contract.
Your contract starts in September.
Your school must be able to issue an apprenticeship contract.
Your Profile:
Master's degree in Perfume, specializing in communication or marketing.
Experience and/or specialization in cosmetics.
Analytical and summarizing skills.
Good level of English (B2 minimum), French is a plus.
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
Results-oriented and not afraid to take initiatives.
Motivated by science and innovation.
