Advocacy Brand Manager - Thayers Natural Remedies

We have a very unique and exciting opportunity to work on a newly acquired brand for L'Oréal: Thayers Natural Remedies. As Advocacy Brand Manager you will sit in the International Distribution Team, playing a pivotal role in taking this brand to the next level in the UK by working on increasing exposure and engagement across paid media and love channels to contribute to the brand's growth. Thayers Natural Remedies was founded by Dr Henry Thayer and has been making waves in the industry for over 175 years! It’s known and loved by celebrities for its skin balancing, soothing and hydrating properties. You will:

Content & Campaigns 

  • Own social activation & content strategy in line with the brand calendar 
  • Input into social elements of the media plan  – becoming an expert in social channels & formats available. 
  • Identify the right talent for the brand – create brand tribes and track influencer performance in Traackr for paid and love campaigns 
  • Create content that works – native / thumb stopping with element of storytelling. 
  • Own the deliverables: briefing content, contracts management (through Ironclad) & managing deliverables including the feedback process for campaigns 

Relationships (key content creators used for paid campaigns & events):

  • Own relationships with talent & agents for paid campaigns
  • Own influencer relationships with key brand tribe
  • Driving brand love via events alongside the PR agency (including NPD push) and creation of smaller events to build community brand love 
  • Input into content creation moments at events & influencer selection 
  • Strategising and managing send outs for product pushes & core pushes (using Linney/PR agency): identifying talent, reporting on coverage & sharing best content  

Owned channels management 

  • Manage the relationship with Global team to regularly feature best UK content on brand social channels


  • Tracking & reporting of Cost Per View / Cost Per Engagement and optimisation of spends 
  • Drive Paid & LOVE MIM share of voice on social and track send out performance with Traackr

You have

  • Experience across social and advocacy in a similar role
  • Influencer expertise, social content creation, social platform expertise (incl reporting, new formats etc) and managing talent
  • A self-starter, an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable building from scratch 
  • Strong relationship management skills & ability to manage a network of influencers  
  • Proven ability to strategically build brand love within the influencer space 
  • A passion for diversity & inclusivity across brands
  • Strong project management skills & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to seek out and act quickly on emerging trends
