This role would enable you to challenge yourself in various administrative tasks by coordinating internal & external educations and events that we organize for our partners & clients – hairdressers, with following responsibilities:

  • Organization and coordination of internal educations (e.g. about new product launches for hairdressers) in and out of the L’Oréal Academy: registration; hotel reservation for the external team; printing supporting materials; sending products; relaying information.
  • Organization and coordination of events for hairdressers
  • Drawing up purchase orders for educations, monitoring the budget and expenditure (billing, client payments etc.)
  • Handling and sending of SMS invitations for training courses and seminars
  • Handling administrative relations with service providers
  • Ensuring the reliability of the database for service providers and/or participants on trainings
  • Handling the Academy at representative look; ordering the products for the Academy and clients
  • Being at the reception desk of the Academy during seminars and events
  • Welcoming and assisting the guests of the Academy
  • Completing monthly KPI reports
  • Taking care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management, organization of business travel, entering receipts for expenses, processing mails
  • Tracking payments for education program with our logistic partner
  • Being point of contact for Access international meetings and main person driving Access content selection, validation, upload, user registration and Education team activity reporting in Access, thus ensuring consistent drive to the platform and promoting the content
  • Being actively engaged in the educational transformation and implementation of the Online + Offline Education strategy


We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and responsible person to join our team! Our ideal candidate – are you the one?   

  • Has minimum high school diploma
  • Has ideally between 2-5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in hairdressing / fashion / beauty business,
  • Is a person that is keeping up with trends and is keen on fashion
  • as good organizational skills, and is a structured and communicative person
  • Is business driven and result-oriented, with great planning and follow-up skills
  • Has strong  analytical mindset and is passionate about numbers, but also able to switch between operational and creative tasks, bringing own touch in the work
  • Loves working in dynamicchallenging environment
  • Shows proficiency in use of MS Office, with special attention to Excel
  • Preferably has experience with Learning Management systems (such as Access)
  • Speaks Bulgarian and English fluently (knowing any other regional language is an advantage)
