2. Experience: 3+ years of makeup product development experience

3. Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Product Development: Drive the end-to-end development of makeup products — from bold consumer insight and strong concept ideation to formulation, packaging, and launch. Ability to translate trends into distinctive, market-ready product concepts is essential.
• Project Management: Collaborate closely with Research & Innovation, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Trend & Insights: Continuously track global and local makeup trends (textures, shades, finishes, packaging) and competitive landscape to fuel innovation pipelines.
• Marketing Assets: Build compelling product stories and USPs; develop launch toolkits that clearly communicate the product's concept and differentiation to local market teams.

4. Key Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in beauty marketing or product development, with a proven track record in makeup (concept to launch).
• Concept Strength: Demonstrated ability to generate sharp, differentiated product concepts grounded in consumer and cultural insight.
• Category Expertise: Solid knowledge of makeup formulations, color trends, and packaging materials.
• Skills: Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.
