Manager, eShopper - Carol’s Daughter & SoftSheen Carson

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the online experience for shoppers during the e-retail path to purchase, the assortment needed to win share and share product-specific content for our brand/retailer websites (in conjunction with Division Ops/iSupply/Opera) that will drive consumer engagement and brand love
  • Work with the Brand Shopper Marketing managers to create the different online activation experiences for different e-retailers
  • Create e-consumer/shopper engagement plans (ecommerce promotions, exclusive products, etc.)
  • Support Amazon media lead for online media including search
  • Work with the Platform manager to oversee and execute the development of content for web site and e-retailer sites
  • Understand the assortment requirements to win on-line and the pack size architecture of competitors and how to win share with the best e-assortment
  • Develop new skus, new sizes, new bundles and new products as needed in conjunction with Marketing, Divisional Operations and Global Marketing
  • Report monthly Clavis performance, e-commerce sales data across e-accounts & CD.com and share insights with the rest of the marketing managers
  • Research key competitors on-line and their strategic approach
  • Work hand-in-hand with the ecommerce sales team, the Amazon team and the ICC team
  • Perform audits on PDPs to ensure content is up to date (hero skus & new launches 4x/year + all other products 2x/year), including existing items (+ upload content)
  • Work with CPD content team to ensure content remains relevant and future-proofed (ie: voice/Alexa)
  • Manage reviews: Ensure reviews syndicated across platforms + work closely with CPD content team & CCC to ensure reviews/questions being answered & optimized
  • Collaborate with NAMs and Demand Planning on consumption forecast
