Are you a strong communicator? Are you good with analysing complex data?

We are looking to hire an Operations Apprentice who will ensure alignment of the L’Oréal and Customer supply chains for our Local Operations Team. This will be done through the Apprentice acting as a crucial interface between L’Oreal and our key customers, ensuring the best service while optimising stocks and costs over the entire supply chain.


  • Foster credible relationships with key accounts, delivering an integrated supply chain to help deliver their growth plans, becoming the supplier of choice
  • Ensure the alignment of the catalogue and product information between L’Oreal and our customer
  • Follow and track order execution and identify the risks of shortages, working both internally and with our customer to find solutions
  • Analyse shortage causes, including the ones on shelf and propose actions both internally and with the client
  • Coordinate the information sharing on products, promotions and launches between the sales team and the customer.
  • Follow the supply chain performance and contribute to improvement projects (demand, physical distribution and sales)


  • Analytical and strong in project and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable with complexity to manage multiple stakeholders and competing demands
  • Proactive and articulate individual
  • Able to work both collaboratively in teams and independently with strong follow-up skills
  • Flexible & agile to adapt to fast-paced and evolving working environment
  • Good knowledge of supply chain, retail and fast-moving consumer goods
  • Able to commit for the entire period of apprenticeship
