  • Bedget/Pre-budget planning and communication to corporate and zone on CMO scope

  • Compass Reporting structure on Online and Offline PL.

Controlling

  • Build E-commerce guidance on distribution selection and business model

  • Provide solutions and actions for business project

  • Cost control of E-commerce, CMI, CAC, Media and digital cost

  • Project memo direct business model and D2C model

Developing (Empower people)

  • Develop training for digital finance


[Professional & Technical Competencies]

MASTER MANAGEMENT STANDARDS (controlling, accounting) & INTERNAL CONTROL

  • Uses the financial documents and ensures they comply with internal (Management standards) and external standards (GAAP/IFRS)

OPTIMIZE COSTS (FINANCE)

  • Applies costing methods to model and evaluate performance in his/her domain of activity (sales, marketing, OPEX...)
