YOUR ROLE IN OUR JOURNEY
As our new Infrastructure SDM for the Operations & Finance domain, you are at the heart of L'Oréal’s physical reality. Your playground? All group factories, fulfillment centers, and global finance/supply applications. You are the bridge between technical excellence and business performance, ensuring that our industrial and financial engine never stops, while driving its digital transformation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your mission is a blend of strategic partnership, community leadership, and operational mastery:
- Be the Business Partner: You are the primary entry point for Operations & Finance stakeholders at the Group level. You translate business needs into infrastructure roadmaps and qualify the impact of upcoming changes.
- Orchestrate the Community: You lead a vibrant community of over 150 people across zones, ensuring alignment and awareness for 37 factories and nearly 80 Distribution Centers.
- Master Operational Excellence: You oversee the service catalog, supervise SLAs/KPIs with our Managed Service Providers (Network, Cloud, Identity, Workplace), and act as the key escalation point for Level 2 & 3 incidents.
- Handle the Critical: You contribute to Major Incident Management, bringing your business context to crisis cells to accelerate resolution and root cause identification.
- Drive Transformation: You are the conductor of a major strategic shift: moving local infrastructure operations from industrial sites to a high-performing Centralized Operations Center.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, and proactive. We value innovation, autonomy, and a strong team spirit.
Technical & Professional Background:
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in IT Infrastructure, with a solid understanding of how technical bricks (Network, Cloud, Endpoints) support business flows.
- Expertise: ITIL certified, you have a deep understanding of service management processes.
- Communication: You are a "federator". You can talk to technical experts as easily as to business leaders.
- Language: Fluency in French and English (daily international coordination).
Nice to Have:
- A previous experience in Industrial or Supply Chain IT environments (Factories, Logistics). You understand that in a factory or a warehouse, every minute of downtime counts.
