JOB TITLE:   Asst. Manager – Experiential Community Manager

DEPARTMENT:   Brand Culture and Consumer Experience

REPORTS TO:   Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships + Experiential

LOCATION: Los Angeles

The Asst. Manager, Experiential Community Management will support the Brand and Consumer experience department in planning + execution of consumer-facing activations and influencer experiences, reaching the brand’s core audience + communities. 

 

Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of consumer & talent engagement needs, and a love for trends and pop culture. It’s important that this person has the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment both day-to-day and off-the-cuff on-site. In addition, the candidate should be efficient in collecting qualitative and quantitative learnings/insights to improve brand events, experiences, and partnerships. Capable of crafting a clear vision for projects and steps necessary to execute against it. 

 

RESPONSIBILITES 

  • Overall responsible for all community management and content creation for events across the brand
  • Support consumer, influencer, and PR events and partnership activations to ensure proper brand vision is executed to standard
  • Assist in developing and implementing new partnerships & opportunities across brands cultural categories (lifestyle, sports, gaming, etc.) with a focus on reaching new + GenZ consumers 
  • Support communications and coordination with internal TikTok Shop + Loyalty/College Ambassador Program leads in relation to experiential initiatives across product campaigns and digital initiatives as needed 
  • Manage logistical operations/admin of product orders, allocations, and shipments per campaign to ensure proper product qty + skus are included for each project. Including the management/organization of the team’s product on-site at HQ. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all 360 touchpoints are aligned/activated as needed - maintaining schedules, timelines, and assets per campaign/project/activation
  • Track emerging trends across beauty + cultural category spaces - evaluating their potential for opportunities and collaboration 
  • Research and identify new partnership opportunities for the brand that reach existing and new communities and build brand awareness. 
  • Support and staff brand events as needed
