The Key User ensures the correct implementation of the solution on the site. They are key contributors to the design and build of target processes and solution. They ensure that the solution answers the business needs during the testing phase. The key users will act as level 1 of support and will be the privileged “end users” that will be contacted after the project for all questions regarding the solution.
Key activities:
• Share site and business process information for Business Diagnostic
• Perform readiness execution tasks identified during Business Diagnostic
• Get knowledge of ODES solution utilization
• Contribute to Fit to core design
• Prepare KDD (position paper) for Core enrichment (evolution) requested
• Support change management activities
• Localize Core Documentation
• Answer to Configuration team questioning
• Perform training of end users
• Perform UAT preparation (test cases, dataset)
• Execute test scenarios for UAT & raise defects
• Perform cutover preparation & execution
• Perform Business Simulation Day
• RUN: L1 of support – Log and perform the 1st analysis of incidents; escalate to L2 if necessary
• RUN: Perform tests on incidents fixes
• RUN: Raise demands & perform tests on core enrichments
Key skills & competencies:
• Fluent in site local language and English
