Key Responsibilities 
Define and implement the division's medical strategy through medical relations, medical detailing and medical communications - to increase brand prescription and recommendation by healthcare professionals that will impact sales in the medical channel
  1. Develop the medical influence of our brands and the visibility of the division
  2. Define medical visit strategy in line with division/brand strategy
  3. Organize, drive and coach the regional managers and medical representative community
  4. Guarantee the excellence and professionnalisation of medical detailing
  5. Ensure that the variety, the scientific quality and the competitiveness of medical communications are maintained
  6. Ensure synergies between functions, brands and commercial teams
  7. Ensure training and respect of both internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals

Qualifications
  • Pharma, medical, dermatology or science background and experience 
  • 5-10 years of ethical channel, managing sales and team, strong networking with HCPs, dermatologists, hospitals, medical environment
  • Fluent English
  • Business entrepreneurship - sales drive, ability to identify opportunities and leverage
  • Solid planning and organizational skills
  • Mature and strong people leadership
  • Excel and Powerpoint savvy
