In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals, skinbetter science). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.

 

The Director of Integrated Health & Pharmacist Engagement is responsible for identifying and driving business for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands (CeraVe & La Roche-Posay) by partnering with Marketing, Retail Sales, Medical Communications, and other cross-functional partners. Travel of 30% is required.

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Maximize Retail Pharmacy Opportunities
    • Manage Retail Project Management tasks including coordination of pharmacy initiative development, creation of program education, allocation of required resources (i.e., samples, coupons, kits, etc), ongoing program monitoring, reporting of status updates and outcomes. 
    • Provide support for retail pharmacy presentations and educational opportunities.
  • Develop Pharmacy Education & Professional Development
    • Develop compelling and informative digital content to enhance the expertise of pharmacists and pharmacy teams.
    • Assist with the creation of and delivery of pharmacy school and conference presentations.
    • Oversee pharmacy media (print & digital) strategy

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • A completed PharmD is required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience proven experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare or retail setting.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional matrix with many internal stakeholders across various departments including sales and marketing to execute programs
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about integrated healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
  • Must be results-oriented.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, some weekends, and willing to travel 30% of the time to support off-site events..
  • Outside the box thinking to find innovative & creative ideas to drive success.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent, ongoing basis, without the need for legal sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Base Salary Range: $126,900 - $184,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
