A Day in the Life 

As Centralized Planning Country Leader you will own the monthly centralized sales forecasting rhythm at country level and animate launch/promo forecasting with Marketing, Sales and Finance. You’ll report into the Country Supply Chain / Planning leader and act as the local expert for centralized processes and systems.

• Data stewardship: manage monthly alerts from Hub Planners and ensure accuracy of historical sales and local master data (catalogue, SD, MM, substitutions).
• Launch & promo orchestration: facilitate sizing, phasing and submission of non-modelled SKUs in Launch Intro with Marketing & Sales.
• Trend validation: drive local trend analysis and gap reviews with Finance; call out risks and agreed actions to close.
• Continuous improvement: identify system/process improvements, document ways of working and cascade best practices across teams.

We Are Looking For 

You’re an analytical, business-minded planner who can influence cross-functionally and simplify complexity. 

Essential skills:

• Forecasting & S&OP expertise
• Master data quality management
• Strong stakeholder management & influencing
• Analytical problem solving with commercial focus
• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak
