  • Understand the business situation of the responsible brand in terms of business objective, business challenge, market competition and etc.
  • Be a media expert to help brand team to build up a consumer/business centric media strategy:
    • Justify the correct media objective and media mission for business delivery
    • to achieve business objective including traditional media (TV, OOH, print) and digital media (OTV, display, social, search, EC)
    • Allocate spending and set up KPIs of each touchpoint to maximize the media efficiency
  • An explorer who willing to learn, study and involve in more media communication points (e.g. KOL, livestreaming, etc.)
  • Agency management to support on qualified media planning & execution:
    • Support senior media manager in validating campaign level integrated master media plan;
    • Consult and validate plans of mass makeup/ skincare brands including media strategy, budget allocation, media channel selection, and successful execution, and also the post-buy reporting with KPI results and lessons learned;
    • Leading and supervise media agency to plan and execute the (digital) media campaign for product launches, brand events, etc.
    • Closely coordinate and maintain good relationship with related teams, incl. brand marketing, digital, EC, PR, etc.
    • Manage administration duties such as contracting, billing and financial reporting;
  • Be an enabler to help brand team accelerating the business by fully leverage innovative method like big data, intelligence tools and etc.
    • Be a communication bridge between brand team and parallel teams in CDO department
    • Close work with parallel teams to provide holistic media solution to brand team

Requirements:

  • 4 years+ working experience in Digital Marketing or Media planning
  • Working experience of digital integrated media planning including OTV, display, social, search and EC in FMCG (beauty industry is preferred, FMCG brand is preferred)
  • Profound knowledge of both traditional and digital media in terms of media channel, media format and KPI, especially digital media
  • Familiar with media buying working process and tracking method
  • Familiar with the mainstream media ecosystem like Ali, Tencent and Bytedance and have deep collaboration with at least one of them more than 1 year (E-commerce operation experience on Tmall and JD is preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination ability
  • Strong learning ability
  • Strong logic and good sense on data analysis
  • Result-oriented and actionism
