Ready to lead and inspire? Our Professional Products Division is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for hairdressers's professional products of Matrix and L'Oréal Professionnel in the area of Hungary and lead a smaller team of Sales Representatives. 
 
As Area Sales Manager, you will: 

  • Set goals for entrusted distributors in terms of turnover, total number of customers, new customers, etc.
  • Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the regional level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets. Act as guarantor for the image and policy of his/her brand(s) in his/her region. 
  • Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the region. 
  • Motivate sales teams in the region: recruit, develop, manage his/her team, ensure the development of their expertise and know-how. Implement organizational changes. 
  • Drive the performance of trade activities, merchandising and sales training in his/her region.  
  • Monitor and arbitrate regional budgets, as well as motivational resources and return on investment. 
  • Maintain close cooperation between the regional sales force and sales and business management. 
  • Inform management about significant initiatives in the field. 
  • Coordinate the brand presence in POS. 
  • Support the modernization of points of sale through the deployment of services.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • A passion for finding innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High motivation and a global mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
  • A valid driver's license
