Sales and Account Management (Including Daigous)

  • Work with Korean vendors to establish clear Go-to-market in China and Vietnam
  • Provide clear visibility of sales/ product flow up to third tier
  • Achieve China and Vietnam monthly sell in target
  • Facilitate Order taking, stock packing, customer payment with customers and Nanda team

Market Monitoring

  • Work with vendor to set clear tier pricing and guideline 
  • Facilitate market monitoring process between Nanda and Daigous
  • Daily market monitoring and take corrective actions when needed
  • Regular report and status update (incl. sell-in/sell-out/ stock report and price monitoring report)

International Offline Account Management:

  • Accountable for sales plan, forecast and sales achievement
  • Introducing new product (Fashion/beauty) to customers
  • Supervise customers marketing/promotion plan and gate keeper for social media communication
  • Coordinate retail renovation, new store opening projects and offline events

Professional competencies:

  • Over10 yrs of related experience in the cosmetics industry
  • Deep understanding and experience of Korea Duty Free sales management 
  • Good understanding of Cross Border commerce
  • Good industry connections 
  • English capability
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus (not mandatory)
