As Key Accounts lead for one of the accounts, in the Consumer Products Division (CPD), you will report to the CPD Commercial Director. You will contribute to the leadership business vision by sharing customer perspective, risks and opportunities and further Create Beauty That Moves the World. You are expected to manage the following:

• Have a strong understanding customer P&L and business P&L
• Able to lead negotiations at trading terms and business terms in order to drive business through a strong joint business planning process
• Coordinate at zone and global level
• Build and achieve the customer accounts’ results: turnover, market share, profit
• Consolidate, steers budget and P&L for the account
• Pilot projects / initiatives with the customer
• Builds action plans to implement the Division & account strategy across all categories within the account
• Allocates resources accordingly, ensure accurate forecasts and adapt plans when needed
• Monitor a customer- centric account planning process to reach as much alignment as possible with each category and designs a customer specific development plan
• Build a compelling story to get customer buy in via coordination with marketing and category teams
• Build a strong network with key stakeholders at the customers end across all functions and ensure efficient customer intelligence
• Facilitate good relations between L’Oréal and customers’ top management
• Manage, coach and develop team and lead multifunctional teamwork between teams and other departments

Who are we looking for?

• A graduate with a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent;
• 8-10 years work experience in Commercial
• Demonstrated effectiveness in coaching & developing talent
• Good project management skills and effective communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity
• A true Team Player
• A solid networker that builds strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across the organisational hierarchies
• A challenger who questions the status quo and pushes teams to achieve objectives
• A learner who keeps himself/herself abreast of the latest in HR to make the HR offer relevant and cutting-edge
• Process-driven and with excellent project and time management skills
