- Work in close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams in order to consolidate the externally sourced data (sell-out/stock), identify key trends in the different market channels and compose illustrative data dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams in order to ensure that their commercial promo planning is done in a timely and qualitative manner while being in line with the internal strategic pillars and reflects correctly the key market figures.
- Demonstrate high integrity and develop strong relationships within marketing, commercial, business development, supply chain and finance. Receive business insights and consult on how the synthesis of these insights can be used in their daily work.
- Ensure visibility on the way launches are managed among marketing, commercial and supply teams. Be the gatekeeper and monitor the consistency of launches from original strategic planning to actual execution. Report your findings through dedicated dashboards that indicate actual performance versus original targets (market share, sell-out/sell-in vs benchmark, cannibalization effects).
- Interact monthly with the Nordic supply chain team and ensure your collected insights are well integrated in the Nordic forecasting process.
- Be the connecting link among teams ensuring more integration and less silo working.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative business disciplines
- IT literate with advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to communicate simply the key elements of his analysis.
- At least one year of working experience within commercial or planning roles.
- Strong team spirit with experience on working with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work proactively and prioritize efficiently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiatives, drive actions and shape the position in the way it contributes the most to division’s success.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to cope with a dynamic and changing work environment.
