We are called “NEO”
NEO is a highly multicultural team composed of 170 people coming from all L'Oréal countries and divisions. The ambition of NEO project is to enable the Beauty Tech Transformation of L'Oréal, by harmonizing data & processes with One global ERP Core, based on SAP S/4 Hana technology.
NEO aims at redefining the ways of working of the group, through end-to-end processes that are multi-métiers (supply-chain, manufacturing, purchasing, finance...), following an agile methodology.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!
The project will be rolled out in several countries. One of the main phases of the project roll out is the “deployment phase”. This phase contains several activities involving local teams (L’Oréal countries), for example: end user trainings, Users Acceptance Tests…
As part of Data migration team, you will specifically work on Data Quality topic.
We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:
1. Mission 1: To provide to the Métier a Data quality check tool ready to use
- You will make sure that Métiers have provided clear, reliable, relevant data cleansing rules
- You will then set up the tool based on provided rules
- You will make sure the tool works properly and if needed raise ticket to Accenture team
- Mission 2: To publish a dashboard on KPI on a regular basis
- You will prepare PBI dashboard and work with tech team to improve PBI automatization
- You will share reports to relevant team
3. Mission 3: To ensure the data quality is improving
- You will monitor the defect assignation
- You will facilitate regular meeting with Métier (local and central) to monitor the defect resolution, enrich IDQ with new rules..
- You will prioritize cleansing based on Data migration expectation

First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact and who value innovation, autonomy and team spirit.
In this position good communication and level of English is key, as you will be working with many different stakeholders, in a multicultural context. A second foreign language will be an advantage.
Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have excellent organizational and analytical skills and a good management of Office tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel..). A first experience with ServiceNow and/or PowerBI is a nice to have (not mandatory).
Finally, we would favor a profile in Engineering or Business studies in Master 2 with at least one experience in internship/Apprenticeship in another company.
