Meet Asher. Asher joined L’Oréal’s Management Trainee Program after completing his internship with the Group as a Marketing intern during his undergraduate days. Throughout the 12-months MT program, Asher experienced a tailor-made learning and development journey where he received constant career advice which empowered him to navigate his way through and ultimately reach the Senior Leadership role of his dreams.

All along, Asher knew he wanted to build his career in a dynamic industry where the learning never stops. His resilience and curiosity was an immediate fit to the culture at L’Oreal – Asher solidified his foundation years as a Marketer in L’Oreal through his MT rotations; roles that gave him exposure to stakeholder management, professional competency upskilling & stretched him for continual growth.

Today, Asher challenges himself in an overseas stint as Marketing Manager within L’Oréal Group.

Your MT Program Journey

Our 12-months Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in key business functions of our company:

We take great pride in our Management Trainees, and great respect in the work that you do. As such, your training and development plan and individual learning journey throughout the program is key to us.

The MT Development Program has 3 core components:


  • Each MT typically go through 2 impactful rotations
  • 4-6 months duration per rotation
  • Specific projects assigned for each rotation with performance objectives
