Key Job Accountabilities 

 

Daily E-commerce Business management

  • Build the E-commerce business strategy and manage the sales to meet the target.
  • Well-execute and implement online strategy for each key channels inline with brand's online channel strategy.
  • Create and maintain an online e-business : Brand e-Trade marketing calendar, eMerchandising, eContents management
  • Implement brand strategic campaign to all E-commerce channel with collaborate with eKAMs
  • Strengthen and reinforce brand awareness by enhancing brand’s visibility and improving sales performance and developing premium service and experience.
  • Operate and Merchandise website products based on sales objectives, key seasons, and promotion with online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage.
  • Drive sales performance through data analysis and online products placement management while optimizing customer experience.

 

  1. Achieve collaborative work
  • Communicate with other cross-functional teams internally & external partners to allocate/consolidate and execute.
  • Need stock management with PM, SCM, and eKAMs
  • Monitor competitors’ and online channel trends
  • Localize and update the asset with agencies and cascade to each channel

 

Moniter New E-commerce Business for Test & Learn 

  • Analyze and manage new e-com channel business and Live Streaming opportunity.
  • Test & Learn new potential business opportunities to protect brand equity
  • Make synergy e-com business with digital contents creation

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Education 

University graduate

Years of experience

+3 years

Experience

Must demonstrate a good understanding of e-Commerce channel environment

Experienced to create eMerchandising and eContent creation for Korea ecom channels

(More prefer to have experience in the cosmetic industry)

Language

+ Intermediate in both English and fluent in Korean

Other Skills 

Computer skill proficiency - MS PPT, Excel (Mandatory), Word
