Sales & Strategy Responsibility

  • Accountable for gaining market share and for exponential eRetail growth for the Luxe division
  • Consistently evaluate market shifts and share gain opportunities in eRetail for the Luxe division
  • Provide guidance on sales targets to the brands for trends, budget and long-term planning for eRetail for the division
  • Develop strategy to win in eRetail at the division level; work closely with National Account VPs and brands to align visions
  • Develop a community amongst brand EKAMs and assist them in executing eRetail brand and division strategy  
  • Develop process for eRetail measurement and provide assistance to brands and COEs
  • Upskill brand leaders and commercial team members in digital education 

eRetail Tech Product Responsibility

  • Serve as the voice of Luxe for CDMO eRetail Tech Project, aimed at building a state-of-the-art eCommerce analytics tech stack that empowers eRetail teams to drive execution at scale and efficiencies in O+O retailer connections
  • Deeply understand needs of the Luxe end user and the strategic decision making of the Business to generate the business requirements for the eRetail tech product 
  • Manage, communicate and act as primary liaison with Luxe end user community to drive awareness and adoption of the product and the transformation of ways of working
  • Responsible for designing and provide business requirements for this transformation that reflects the Luxe business needs and represent the voice of the customer in the process
  • Accountable for Luxe transformation success across measurable KPIs (e.g., ROI, adoption) for this project 

Pure Player Responsibility

  • Monitor ecommerce beauty landscape and evaluate digital opportunities across key retailers 
  • Consistently evaluate current and new ecommerce distribution and identify, assess and execute new ecommerce distribution opportunities 
  • Develop framework for ongoing evaluation of new opportunities

Other:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with brand sales teams, global digital team, COEs
  • Coordinate and collaborate with CDMO on LUSA projects and digital capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Must have retailer and digital expertise 
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must possess ability to persuade and manage at varying levels of the organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
