  • Identifies and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities in the region
  • Ensures resources allocated are maximized and budget respected
  • Negotiates with retailers field managers about the best opportunities for our brands ( for retailers)
  • Recruits, manages, develops and retains his direct team ( account executive, store & counter managers) on operational excellence and business performance
  • Follows and Drives actions on Mystery shopper/ NPS results
  • Ensures operational excellence
  • Drives & Follows up on CRM data base
  • Leads by example in service and sales
  • Oversees BA and Store Managers population, coaching, educating motivating teams
  • Monitors BA turn-over rate
