If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Education Manager for one of our prestigious luxury brands. This position will be contracted for 5 months. 

You will.....

• Prepare and review product knowledge before deliver to team (including creating the scenarios, key highlights/key message product to create uniformity in KSP speech)
• Monitoring KSP productivity and deployment in each store together with RM  
• Prepare and review - module for learning in Kiehls Academy : per month 1-4 modul to be reviewed. 
• Review Mystery shopper result - best practice from each store, area to improve and action plan for targeted KSP (monthly review 1-5 KSP)
• Implement the updated/changes in Beauty tech devices (including reviewing the interface on the application)
• Monthly Assessment for specific topic - with selected KSP. (avg. 5 KSP/month)

You have.....

• Minimum hold a Bachelor degree
• Proficient in English
• 3 years minimum of experience in relevant field (Education/Training Executive) for beauty brands
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a strong presence
• Analytical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to be contracted for 5 months
