A/ Key Job Accountabilities:
Operate Brand E-store on the platform (Eg. Garnier) to deliver business expectations
  • Work with Marketing and e-retailers to define the promotion plan, pricing by SKUs
  • Work with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability
  • Analyze daily traffic, conversion rate, revenue to adjust promotion and coordinate with E-Marketing to adjust media plan
  • Adopt onsite tools to drive onsite traffic
  • Optimize product page content and live pages to increase conversion
  • Implement onsite promotion, optimize promotion budget

KPIs: revenue, traffic, CR, speed-to-market, promotion budget   

B/ Professional & Technical Competencies:
  • University degree
  • Digital savvy, e-commerce obsession
  • Very good in teamwork & self-motivated
  • Good communication
  • Strong negotiation.
  • Business driven mindset to drive sales growth.
  • Independent, proactive and highly responsible.
  • Working experiences in e-commerce at least 2 years
  • Good English communication.
