A/ Key Job Accountabilities:
Operate Brand E-store on the platform (Eg. Garnier) to deliver business expectations
- Work with Marketing and e-retailers to define the promotion plan, pricing by SKUs
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability
- Analyze daily traffic, conversion rate, revenue to adjust promotion and coordinate with E-Marketing to adjust media plan
- Adopt onsite tools to drive onsite traffic
- Optimize product page content and live pages to increase conversion
- Implement onsite promotion, optimize promotion budget
KPIs: revenue, traffic, CR, speed-to-market, promotion budget
B/ Professional & Technical Competencies:
- University degree
- Digital savvy, e-commerce obsession
- Very good in teamwork & self-motivated
- Good communication
- Strong negotiation.
- Business driven mindset to drive sales growth.
- Independent, proactive and highly responsible.
- Working experiences in e-commerce at least 2 years
- Good English communication.
