3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP! If you are successful, then you will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager.

Demand Planner

Experience:

·         Experiencia en Planeación

·         Experiencia en empresas de consumo

·         Manejo de inventarios

·         Trato y negociación con proveedores

·         Manejo de SAP

·         Manejo de KPI´s de planeación

The perfect candidate :

Education: Licenciatura/Ingeniería concluida

Technical Skills: Paquetería Office (Excel/Power Point/Word)/Ingles Intermedio.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Planificar el abastecimiento de productos para cubrir totalmente la demanda del mercado.
• Analizar la previsión de la demanda basada en histórico de ventas y tendencias de mercado.
• Seguimiento de la evolución de ventas para detectar y analizar desviaciones, roturas de stock, estacionalidades, etc., adecuando los niveles de inventario en cada caso.
• Gestionar el inventario para estar preparados en cualquier acción rápida que deba tomarse.
• Fortalece la relación con los proveedores y clientes.
