Full - Time
Develop innovative products, renovate pillars-product for the international brand panier to ensure continued worldwide growth for the brand.

- Collect, compare and synthesise international market data  relevant to their category (consumer, markets, competition, country, digital…), generate insights and suggest actions based on findings
- Develop new, different, better concepts consistent with the brand’s sense of purpose, by integrating consumer insights and trends
- Orchestrate the product  development process including monitoring the departments involved to ensure the project’s operational excellence: write the project brief, update  piloting tools and reporting (Magellan, Drive, DIM, the Sharing beauty with all committments, etc.) and meet the deadlines
- Write marketing mix recommendations (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) for product launches or pillar-product renovations, working closely with departments involved (communication, digital, retail, etc…) to create an integrated, engaging and consistent consumer brand experience 
- Assist in the development of creative material in line with the brand’s integrated-communication platform (imagery, digital, point of sale)
- Write country implementation kits providing advice and recommendations on the marketing mix
- Exchange constantly with the zones and strategic countries for their category, provide them with support during product launches and ensure follow-up of go-to-market
- Effectively prepare clear messages to present to senior management

- 3+ years' working experience and 4-5 years in product development is necessary; understands in-depth the complexities of formula and development
- Strong analytical skills as it relates to new development and maintenance
- Knowledge of all beauty trends, as well as, art/design/fashion/lifestyle/demographic/psychographic trends
- Creativity and experience in multiple beauty categories are a plus
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal administrative support is essential
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, hectic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prepare slide presentations on anaylysis from a category and a branding standpoint
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
