A / Main responsibilities

1. Strategic planning:
a) Analyze consumer and market insights / competitors to define marketing plan to achieve business target 
b) Develop and lead assigned campaign strategy & planning to achieve business objectives.

2. Portfolio management: 
a) Product positioning, product mix, pricing strategy for assigned products
b) Study customer insights/ competitor & market analysis to develop local relevant USP and proposition
c) Take responsibilities for assigned product launch in collaboration with online, retail, education, logistic
d) Forecast & analysis ownership for own product to deliver Sales Out target, growth and market share (especially for offline channels & social commerce)

3. Brand communication management:
a) Define campaign communication idea is relevant with local customer insights and brand equity
b) Take ownership for IMC of assigned launches to drive sales & build brand love/equity
c) Coordinate with Retail, Education & Merchandising for retail excellence to achieve outstanding visibility, brand image and service
d) Build relationship with Press/ Partner/KOLs for optimized brand value & visibility
e) Social management for assigned product & develop communication for social commerce campaign

4. Budget management
a) Manage PPP budget on assigned project
b) Coordinate with Merchandising, Retail & external partner to monitor & ensure budget spent effectively & efficiently.
5. People development
a) Contribute to build and develop strong team spirit for Kiehl’s team, from head office to sale team in field. 

B / Most important qualifications, background and experience:
Good retail (marketing) understanding
Digital & social media savy
Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking
Have a good network with Press/KOLs is strongly prefered
Understand the complexity of managing & maintain relationship with influencers
Strong sense of beauty and passion about skincare industry
Collaborative mind-set.
