  • Ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the L’OREAL.
  • Raising quality culture on the floor through trainings, daily tours, Team coaching, and raising quality improvement opportunities.
  • Internal auditor for quality system on the crucial processes.
  • Change control management through building strong risk assessment.
  • Animating monthly quality training.
  • GMP principles follow up and raise NC in case of any deviation detected and ensure CAPA closure ASAP.
  •  Follow up on qualifying production operators through 1:1 evaluation.
  • Quality validation for all new equipment’s and follow revalidation process
  • Animate weekly/Monthly quality KPIs
  • Ensure having zero overdue calibration item.
  •  Work closely with the operation team to improve existing processes
  • Participate with local QA team in ISOs certification surveillance and renewals
  • Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions

Qualifications for Quality Assurance

  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Working knowledge of products and services
  • Good customer focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great team player
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
