- Ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the L’OREAL.
- Raising quality culture on the floor through trainings, daily tours, Team coaching, and raising quality improvement opportunities.
- Internal auditor for quality system on the crucial processes.
- Change control management through building strong risk assessment.
- Animating monthly quality training.
- GMP principles follow up and raise NC in case of any deviation detected and ensure CAPA closure ASAP.
- Follow up on qualifying production operators through 1:1 evaluation.
- Quality validation for all new equipment’s and follow revalidation process
- Animate weekly/Monthly quality KPIs
- Ensure having zero overdue calibration item.
- Work closely with the operation team to improve existing processes
- Participate with local QA team in ISOs certification surveillance and renewals
- Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
Qualifications for Quality Assurance
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of products and services
- Good customer focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
