YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Build strong relationships with e-commerce partners for a dedicated territory and e-Pharmacy Channel for several countries within Adria-Balkan
  • Negotiate visibility and activations at e-Retailer sites and via their social channels
  • Build a customized action plan adapted to client needs and focus
  • Analyze and report on sell-out data
  • Content implementation at partners’ websites
  • Achieve set objectives, sell-out evolutions, market shares for the responsible KA
  • Coordination with marketing team on marketing and sales activities and incorporation on e-Retailers (special promotions, campaigns, SEO/SEM, Social Media…)
  • Optimize media strategy and merchandizing strategy: catalog, trade, promotion, in line with the marketing plan  
  • Develop and maintain e-commerce site (e-Retailers and pure players)  
  • Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Activate the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization)
  • Adapt strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverage best practices across geographies
  • Ensure that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

  •     Has a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree
  • Has approximately 2-5 years of previous experience in e-commerce business
  • Strong knowledge in sales and digital marketing
  • Excellent computer skills; experience with web analytics tools
  • Experience in key account management
  • experience in budget management

  • Good in developing new ways of working and implementing proven solutions for efficiency purpose, as well as in data analysis, developing metrics and projections based on analysis results
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with an ability to present and discuss complex information
