Do you know that in the Warsaw headquarters there is one of 6 Business Expertise Services & Technology Teams - BEST. Established in January 2018, it is one of L’Oréal’s most rapidly growing units. At the moment, the Warsaw BEST employs around 100 people. BEST carries out accounting processes for Central and Eastern Europe, for countries such as Poland, the Baltics, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey or Israel. BEST consists of the following departments: Procure to Pay (P2P), Cash to Accounting (C2A), General Ledger (R2R), Treasury, Delivery Excellence (DEx), and partly also Controlling, responsible for OPEX costs.

About the Treasury Department:
The mission of the Treasury department is to PROTECT assets, PROTECT P&L against FX volatility and ENSURE liquidity & financing. Our team:
- Executes Treasury activities in alignment with the Group Treasury Operating Model.
- Drives continuous improvement for Treasury processes for Business Entities in scope.
- Provides support to the Zone Treasury Director on Treasury activities.
