• Organize meetings, training and seminars
• Ensure follow-up of the training productivity
• Directly responsible for some topics initially defined by the manager (supplier contacts, production of documents…, )
• support manager to implement global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff members
• Make qualitative feedback on our products sell-out
• Training materials translation and preparation.
• Monitor market competition and report information
• Training facility design and set up before training
• Conference searching and reservation
• Training course scheduling, trainee arrangement.
• Support manager to develop creativity among clients and their teams, linked to new products
• Execute and f-up service KPI related projects
• Coach beauty advisor regarding customer service and sales skill for the best productivity
Requirements:
* 3年以上訓練或相關經驗 * 有專櫃或業務背景佳 * 熟悉美妝產業及保養相關資訊 * 口語表達能力佳 * 良好溝通技巧 * 熱情有活力、主動積極 * 可接受多元化管理模式 * 中文聽說讀寫流利
