Your mission…
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting recruitment interviews, strongly supporting our digital employer branding activities, event management, and representing our company at different campuses online and offline. The role is part of the CZ/HU/SK Talent Acquisition Team and, together, we are responsible for all recruitments in the three countries. The role reports to the CZ/HU/SK Talent Acquisition Manager.
You will…
- Be responsible for the recruitment of junior profiles, e.g. interns, graduates, and other entry-level positions according to your level of experience
- Be in charge of the whole recruitment process: kick-off, job ad posting, screening, interviewing, and manager debriefing, as well as contacting all external candidate contact
- Co-drive our digital employer branding activities on different social media channels, producing content, as well as participating in target population definitions
- Facilitate the finals of the International L’Oréal Brandstorm competition in collaboration with external parties (universities) alongside internal stakeholders
- Drive offline employer branding events and represent our company at recruitment fairs, networking breakfasts, skills seminars, assessment centers, etc. Note: Some work events will require travel within the CZ/HU/SK and a few events can take place during evening hours
- Be one of the super users of our recruitment system
- Translate data into actionable strategies and recommendations
Your profile...
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or other relevant studies
- Experience in a similar job, e.g. an internship
- Able to manage several projects simultaneously and independently, and create structure in our dynamic ways of working
- Thrives in a fast-paced working environment yet having an eye for detail
- Digitally savvy and have a genuine interest in learning more about the TA field
- Enjoys organizing and coordinating events and being a company ambassador for external parties, e.g. students
- Delivers excellence with agility and rigor
- Fluent in both English and Czech or Slovak
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis
