A Day In The Life:

As a Sustainable Packaging Coordinator you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:

• Seek, develop, and implement/execute packaging solutions for improvement the sustainability ratio focusing on three main streems: 
  1. Weight reduction plan and implementation for the current packs
  2. monomaterial & paper-based solutions that can be recyclable on brazilian stream 
  3. recycled resin (food grade or non-food grade) solutions for HDPE, PET and PP
• Perform the color development for all packaging to match the color with the recycled resin. 
• Manage projects considering sustainability, quality and affordable cost 
• Manage, performing homologation/compatibility and evaluate the quality of the component performing the tests according each cahier des charge. 
• Create and stablish strong network with WW stakeholders and partners. 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer preferred 
• 5 years of experience in packaging area and/or sustainable solutions • Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and quality methods
• Ability to speak English (mandatory)
• Personal computer skills, to include experience with spreadsheets, presentations, and database management. 
• Pro activity, analytical capacity to evaluate the risks. Ability of dealing with projects complexity, development of clear mitigation plans and decision-making strengths
