Develop innovative campaigns to continuously bring excitement and newness to consumers. Maximize commercial animations and seasonal festivals with creative campaign execution while being in-line with the brand equity.

- Develop new, different, better campaign ideas consistent with the brand’s sense of purpose, by integrating consumer insights and trends.

- Orchestrate the product development process including monitoring the departments involved to ensure the project’s operational excellence: write the campaign brief, align campaign details and direction with key stakeholders and counterparts, meet deadlines of product launch and content delivery.

- Exchange constantly with the zone and strategic countries to get insights from the markets, while sharing the brand vision and strategic directions. Provide support during campaign launches and ensure follow-up of go-to-market details.

- Collect, compare and synthesize international market data relevant to make up – covering a broad scope of consumer, market landscape, competition, trends and marketing campaigns. Generate insights and suggest actions based on findings. Summarize key findings to share internally within the team.

- Effectively prepare clear messages to present to senior management

- Assist in the execution of product claim validation process with L’Oreal R&I

- Assist in the development of product launch books

- Own the brand patrimony, respect the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand



  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of total working experience: minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Fully fluent in both Korean and English, written and spoken
  • Extensive interest and passion in makeup, products, and consumers
  • Good balance of creativity and logical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills which includes effective & constructive interaction with all functions of the company
