JOB SUMMARY
Excited career opportunities to be part of 3CE online business expansion in Southeast Asia. This senior eKAM will be responsible for building, implementing an online Go-to-market strategy, and driving 3CE online revenue with executing brand and commercial activations. Our mission is to become a leading K-makeup brand in the market.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Develop and lead 3CE online go-to-market strategy in Southeast Asia market. Lead business growth in revenue and market share with executing brand/commercial activation and allocating marketing investment; Lead brand, commercial calendar planning and execution with campaign, promotion, GWP creation and in-platform search/keyword marketing
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing program and product roadmap. Oversee site merchandising and consumer journey for better engagement. Lead marketing investment management including in-app investment (search ads, platform package), paid social, KOL to achieve revenue target
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders and agencies to accelerate business performance and optimize investment efficiency
- Build strategic partnership with platform partners to maximize brand activations and exposure Research eCommerce landscape and competition and identify market trends and growth opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: University graduate
- Years of experience: +7-8 years profiessional experience
- Career Experience
- 7-8 year of related experience in eCommerce business; All “Domestic & International market experience” and “Brand & Platform side experience” are welcoming
- Proven ability to drive business growth with strong business acumen
- Strong data analytic ability to analyze performance and demonstrate business result
- Experience in managing in-platform search marketing is preferrable
- An innate ability to create strong relationships with others and collaborate across levels, functions, and geographies
- Positive and proactive attitude and ability to create own business initiatives to work in a fast-moving environment with entrepreneurship
- Experience in FMCG industry or product is plus
- Language: Korean and business level English in verbal and written
- Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT
