JOB SUMMARY
Manage the Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP) to ensure the availability of products to clients. Provide the right level of service and stock optimization to contribute to the Supply Chain performance.
  • Build and manage a robust S&OP process to support the growth of the business by serving increasing number of subsidiaries
  • Analyze and consolidate demand and stocks parameters of subsidiaries
  • Ensure the framing of demand (consistency, historical base)
  • Coordinate launches with all key actors, ensure the right production capacity is ready, and follow up launch demand & supply (at an initial stage and after the launch).
  • Analyze demand variations needs and work closely with manufacturing supply chain to define the priorities for the production plan (at ODMs)
  • Work closely with manufacturing supply chain to ensure consistency of ODMs production plan according to Demand and request an update in plan in case of inconsistency.
  • Work closely with manufacturing supply chain to challenge ODM factories on their capacity to integrate market constraints (batch and run sizes, queueing line, management of shortage)
  • Communicate updated information on supply chain stocks and service policy (possible slow movers, service) to subsidiaries
  • Manage catalog and contribute to its rationalization
  • Build the next year budget and update the plan in units for inventory and E&O (Excess and Obsoletes) costs in cooperation with Controlling.
  • Manage stocks parameters on the whole Supply Chain
  • Be the referee on proposals to allocate available quantities to subsidiaries in case of shortages

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: University graduate (Engineering background is a plus)
  • Years of experience: + 9~10 years
  • Career Specific Experience
    • FMCG industry preferred
    • Minimum 6 years prior experience working in Supply Chain is required
    • Manufacturing Supply Chain experience is a plus
    • Experience working with teams across the region and/or global is preferred
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: 
  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • Prior team management experience is preferred
  • Proficient with Excel, PPT, SAP, or equivalent experience
