Position Purpose:
1. Responsible to support and manage LD (Luxury Division)daily purchasing 
requirements including but not limited to Marketing service(KOL, Celebrity, Live stream, 
Video Shooting, IMC, etc); Retail & promotion (like Event podium, GWP, Display, etc); 
Business service (Mice, Event, etc.). Cross Category experience is well welcomed. 
2. Understand and Manage Business Needs
Manage purchasing activities eg. RFP & RFQ according to China purchasing policy and 
process. Implement category strategies in LD Professional competencies, require 
effective stakeholder management

Main Responsibilities
1. Analyze business needs and manage demands: anticipate major evolution of 
needs. Propose the most valuable option involving internal and external 
2. Responsible for managing process to secure and update information on volume, 
cost requirements, supplier capability and competitive intelligence.
3. Responsible for developing negotiation for key materials and services and 
participate in negotiation process for the relevant products. Make strategic 
recommendations in regards to supplier selection, development and performance in 
support of the division.
4. Develop RFX and conduct bid analysis.
5. Closely collaborate with category team to input or challenge category strategies 
and ensure the success on implementation in division. Use and leverage the resources 
of Purchasing System to maximize value as business partner 
6. Support division procurement manager on value creation and innovation: capture 
innovation/centralization/optimization opportunities from internal & external sources.
7. Manage supplier performance and purchasing efficiency; Ensure daily quality of 
projects and drive improvements.
8. Support and manage stakeholders’ relationships: communicate and manage 
projects; share supplier information with stakeholders; collect budget info. from and 
understand business trends from stakeholders; influence stakeholders to drive and 
grow Purchasing Share of Voice among stakeholders. 
9. Develop all related procurement projects and programs to achieve business & 
functional goals and continuous improvement of processes. To ensure and maintain
