WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Having a key role to manage daily shipping’s in order to guarantee the customer service continuity and quality while optimizing operational costs in compliance with the Group policy.

• Working with complex systems to be aware of the transport market, of the actors and of the trends, in order to anticipate impacts on the transport organization for his/her perimeter and define the strategy and transport plans according to the Business Units needs

• Participating negotiations with the suppliers of transport service; from the preselection to the contract agreement including tenders and maintain close relations with carriers, working with them on the optimization of transport operations.

• Organizing customs clearance processes of export goods, ensuring the best interests of the Group and respecting ethical principles.

• Formalizing the process; prepare all necessary documents required by customs (letter, price validation, etc.) ; control on-time clearance of export goods (in cooperation with the Transportation Manager and customs operators) ; organize and coordinate the physical flow of documents within timelines with necessary translations; set priorities for the clearance 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• 4 years’ university degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation/logistics
• SAP Knowledge is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
