THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU:

 

  • Based in Cluj but motivate and manage customers within a given geographic area: Cluj, Maramureș, Baia Mare, Sălaj, Tg Mureș, Bistrita.
  • In Charge of Multibrand retationship with direct client in the field
  • Developing a territory, leveraging the whole L’Oreal service proposition to form partnerships with clients and help them grow their businessesm while ensuring brand equity top execution in salons.
  • Achieve the sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Comercial Director & Regional Sales Manager.
  • Territory Management & Data Qualification ( MAG, Competitive Info, Digital Savviness, Contacts Name, Salon Universe, New and Closed Salon)
  • Prospection : Conquest of new partners
  • In-Salon Market Share (ISMS) : Orders responsibility, Contracts, Pillars & Launches
  • Online + Offline engagement : Easy Merch, LPS & Access adoption, Simplifield
  • Field activity 90% of the time
  • O+O events attendance
  • Joint Business Plan ( JBP ) : clinets needs assessment and management, Joint Business Plan Creation
  • Product & Services mastery : Color & retail fundamentals
  • Digital & Social : assessment & Basics setting ( Instagram account creation, Google my Busiess Update)
  • Sustainability : Client Activation
  • Financial & growth : Client Profitability basics.
  • Help client to develop their own businesses: coaching, training and team motivation
  • Consumer experience : Consumer journet key steps
  • Team Management : team sales challenge
  • Collaboration & coordination with education & Business experts that will help the salon to grow its Omnichannel Business

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Studied University COMPLETED or in the process of completion
  • Experience in sales and negotiation process ( experience in Pharma or FMCG and IKA is an advantage )
  • Holder of driving license B at least for 2 years
  • Good understanding of English: both verbal and written
  • Orientation by identifying and solving problems
  • Orientation towards the client and positive and proactive attitude
  • Negotiation skills ;
  • Sales techniques ; 
  • Communication skills interpersonal ; 
  • Knowledge of products, market and competition ; 
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
