Kickstart Your Journey:

Your journey begins with an exciting 6-month rotation within our Professional Products Division (PPD), where you'll be the face of L'Oréal to top hair salons and stylists across the region. Think of it as a crash course in relationship-building, sales strategy, and brand advocacy, all while immersing yourself in the dynamic world of professional haircare.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Hitting the road: As a true brand ambassador, you'll be actively visiting hair salons, building relationships with hairdressers, and understanding their unique needs.
• Sharing your passion: You'll introduce cutting-edge L'Oréal professional products, highlighting their benefits and demonstrating their value to salon owners and stylists.
• Driving sales: You'll be on the front lines, securing orders and growing L'Oréal's presence in the professional haircare market.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment: We're all about agility! You'll need to adapt to changing priorities and think on your feet in this dynamic role.

Beyond the First Rotation:

Following your PPD immersion, you'll embark on two more 6-month rotations, exploring key business areas like Key Account Management, Sales Representation, or Regional Management. This well-rounded experience will equip you with a holistic understanding of L'Oréal's operations, setting the stage for a successful and rewarding career.
