Regional Ecommerce Key Account Manager (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:

 

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region.   Position of Regional Ecommerce Key Account Manager requires independent, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

 

  • Leading and negotiating annual agreements with Ecommerce partners.
  • Developing plan, KPIs and goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner.
  • Defining and implementing Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales).  
  • Identifying new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implementing action plans.
  • Preparing and presenting products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners.
  • Handling specific sales events to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance. 
  • Analyzing and interpreting Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities.
  • Acting as the expert of his account to feed a customer-centric account planning process and compelling story to get customer buying in.
  • Using quantitative and qualitative data to understand and drive business.
  • Building and aligning on joint business plan with the account(s).

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

 

  • Has between 2 and 5 years of similar experience in sales
  • Holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree 
  • Has excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point)
  • Has experience in planning & reporting and full understanding of P&L 
  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Has strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Has understanding of portfolio, forecasting and business analytics
  • Has experience with ecommerce strategy development and understanding of e-commerce (e-business and social media marketing) 
  • Has experience with sales and revenue optimization and understanding of market and consumer insights
  • Has a collaborative and growth mindset
  • Thinks systematically and has a goals-oriented approach
  • Is good at innovative & strategic thinking and has an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Works with responsibility & autonomy 
  • Fluent in English language
